Training program
When In Season
In-season registration for the Aspire Rise & Run Club delivers a structured, results-driven half marathon training program designed to safely build you up to 13.1 miles. Led by Natashia Cushman, the program includes weekly mileage plans, targeted workouts to improve endurance, lactate threshold, VO₂ max, and running form, plus weekly motivational emails packed with practical race-prep guidance on warm-ups, mobility, nutrition, and hydration. Registration opens twice a year—February and July—making it easy to jump in when the timing is right.
