With over 20 years of experience personal training I have learned that in addition to knowing the science behind exercise prescription, it is important to intentionally seek to understand who my clients are, their goals, any obstacles in the way, and what motivates them to succeed. Good health is a journey; not a destination.”

Natashia enjoys small & big adventures with her three kids, family & friends including running, strength training, rock climbing, biking, swimming, hiking, kayaking, reading and camping.
