We currently host individual squat-only, bench-only, and deadlift-only meets, with plans to expand into quarterly powerlifting meets, including full power events. In these one-on-one, one-hour coaching sessions, you choose your focus—squat, bench press, or deadlift—and Cody breaks down the movement from start to finish. Each session is fully personalized to your body type, experience level, and goals, emphasizing proper form, injury prevention, and efficient technique. Every Powerlifting 101 class also includes four weeks of video review and customized programming for your selected lift, ensuring continued progress beyond the session.
